Please help feel like im losing my mind!!!

can people explain what their hot flushes feel like and what symptoms you get with them please? i seem to have the heat for hours on end and nausea dizziness and pain, everywhere i read it says they only last minutes! sick of my heart going like the clappers, have even been checked for carcinoid tumours x

    I have the ongoing heat feeling that seems to last all day. Im on hrt but see no difference.

    I used to have the wooshy ones that come on suddenly last few minutes then go but 6 months ago they started with just intense heat feeling in back and chest. It is unbearable cant sleep on my back at night as then i feel im on fire.

    Then my anxiety kicks in blood pressure is high on meds for that to. Like what else every day there appears to be a new symptom

    Drs are no help when you ask them they look at u and say its not the menopause.

    I know what you mean -- they make it sound like something momentary, that just wooshes up for a little bit and then goes off. I describe it more as just "head heat" and "head pressure" (or sometimes "face heat" and "face pressure") that's just THERE. It's quite disconcerting, and when you throw say a migraine or acid reflux into the mix.. well.. 😕

      thank you cat, just been on the phone to the gp about my veins in my arms and legs swelling and her answer was well i dont think its your heart pfffft x
