Please HELP. Fleshy lump (abscess??) next to Uvula (Throat) HELP PLEASE

The other day i woke up and felt as if something was in the back of my throat, no pain, no foul odor. When i go check i notice this kinda big fleshy lump on the left of my uvula (not sure if this is where my tonsils are) but its right next to the uvula. A couple of days pass and its still there, still no pain or discomfort. I go to my primary doctor and she said it doesnt look like anything cancerous but recommends me to an ENT. Its the weekend so i havent been able to schedule an appointment, or even just walk in and see one, but i kinda feel it there now the more i think about it. Its not painful but more like a bother, like as if i feel something stuck in my throat. Ive touched it with my finger, swiped a Q-Tip through it and Listerine mouthwashed so many times i lost count, and nothing, no blood, no little stones or anything at all. Can anybody at all please tell me what this is just for the sake of my nerves, i haven't been able to sleep properly or carry on with everyday things because of the constant worry and anxiety. Please let me know if anyone else has gone through this or had at least the tiny bit of information as to what it could be, how it got there and what is it doing there? Please help, i'm even willing to paypal money to anyone with a real right answer lol.

On a side note: I am a avid user of Cannabis and smoked close to everyday through inhalation and edibles. Doc said cannabis had nothing to do with it though, just thought i'd share.

PLEASE HELP AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.imageimage
