Please help hand shaking on its own

hi i am very scared right now this the second its happened in three days. first my arm from the elbow to hand gets a cramp like feeling then my hand starts shaking by itself it i tighten my hand or press on something really hard it stop shaking.. after that i feel like when your foot is asleep and its waking up like a tingling feeling. the first time i gota really bad anxiety attack over this. i read all these things that might be causing this and my anxiety level rises. also going thriugh menopause. please helplease!

    hi.. its best if you make an appointment to see your doctor asap to be on the safe side. Worrying about it and anxiety will make it worse. It may be due to menopause but none of us are really medical professionals here so its best to make sure there is nothing wrong for your own peace of mind.

      thank you so much patti56271 . I feel better today but this morning it was really bad.. i have an appt with my dr tomorrow. i pray to GOD and have faith its just menopause or something that just comes and goes.. THank you again and GOD bless you for taking the time to respond.

    I would keep monitoring like you did above and make an appt with the DR. They will need the details too. I saw my spouse's hand shake a couple times and he said that it does that here and there-- didn't want to be bothered with it.. But yes, go to the Dr for peace of mind.. Otherwise you'll be going crazy in thoughts and it could be due to something simple.
