For 14 days my temples have been throbbing nonstop.for about the first 3 days it felt like all the symptoms of a migraine, sensitivity to light, noise & nausea. After3 days I didn't feel those symptoms so I called my nuerologist since I suffer from epilepsy and she said I'm already on too much depakote so she referred me to a headache specialist. She had the had ne tr naproxin and I felt no relief just more nausea, then she had me try imitrex so I took 2 in 1 day and 2 days later took 1 and still no relief. She now put me on prednisone for 6 days and this has not given ne any relief. My temples are throbbing nonstop nothing is helping. The only time I don't feel the throbbing is when Im asleep at night. Please help, any advice or suggestions? Has anyone suffered these symptoms?

Hi Cindy, sorry you are having so many problems and not getting any relief.  When was the last time they did an MRI with contrast of your head.  They need to find out whats going on and get these symptoms under control, so at least you can have a better life.

Maybe they are side effects from the meds you take, unless you been on most of them for some time.  I suggest you nag the neurologist and headache specialist until you get some answers.

Good luck Cindy and let us know how you get on.

    Take care and best wishes
