PLEASE HELP!! Having really bad anxiety that something is wrong and not normal!

Posted , 5 users are following.

I had sex with a guy a couple months ago 4-5 months ago and and we used a condom but he took it off for a few seconds and put it back in for a minute. I have to get my 1st pap soon and I am just now getting scared I may have gotten a STD or something. My anxiety is through the roof and I am losing sleep every night. I googled Stds but I feel perfectly fine, but I read about chlamydia and gonorrhea not having any symptoms at all and it really scared me. So, I started looking down there to see if there was anything wrong and now my mind won't stop thinking something is wrong with me or that I have something. I am sure if I had anything at all my body would be showing symptoms but I'm not not 100% sure! My discharge doesn't have a strong strong smell to it, and it is clearing but more of a white color and is a little think at times. Like I said I feel perfectly normal but I just want to make sure, please if anyone could help me that would be greatly appreciated and help me with my anxiety. Below are a few pictures to help see if anything is wrong. Sorry if they are too graphic.!

Also to add on, the guy I am having unprotected sex with now doesn't seem like he is showing any signs or symptoms of anything either!

If anyone wants to message me as well for more pictures if they need please feel free, really need this anxiety gone. I have tiny white bumps down there also when I pull my skin they become more prominent but I believe those to be Fordyce spots

    Hello Kylie,

Is there any pain, swelling or itching? Any blisters? It is difficult to determine if there is any swelling from imagery you shared.

Is the discharge thick, white and odorless? If it is, those properties generally indicate a yeast infection. You won't be sure without a check up but your doctor will likely start there.

Hi, thank you for your response! There is no pain and no pain or burning when I use the restroom either. As for itching, it itches sometimes but it usually just itches above my clit no where near my vaginal opening or anything down there just above my clit sometimes here and there. I don't see any swelling that I am aware of. My discharge sometimes is think but not a constant thickness. I should be starting my period this coming week so it is more of a white/clearish color and doesn't really have an odor.

Any sore throat, urge to urinate frequently or pus? Also any pain in stomach or pelvis region? I'd be interested to know or see if there is any other swelling or irritation around clitoris (since you say it itches) and elsewhere? PM only if you want.

Assuming you're correct that the discharge is thick and odorless is a very good sign that you might have only a yeast infection, which still must be treated. And that your partner tested negative for an STD is also encouraging.

Only your gyn or GP will know for sure

There doesn't seem to be anything strange on the photos that you shared.

Everything looks heathy with your vulva and vagina. Reading the replies and posts about the discharge, it could well just be vaginal discharge - they do that to keep themselves healthy and maintain the flora that ensure all stays fresh; they have it covered! As with everything, the only way to be sure is to seek expert medical advice but this doesn't appear to be an urgent case! The itching near the clitoral hood is also likely nothing, no marks or anything visible presumably?

Hello! Sorry for the delayed response, but the itchiness is every now and than so hoping it is normal because i see no signs or symptoms of crabs, lice or marks indicating anything.
