Please help. Head pressure and dizziness for 3 years now.

I have just made an account specially for this. I am at my wits end and desperate for any help or advice.
For the last three years i have been suffering with a feeling of fullness / mild pressure inside my head and a strange off balance / dizzyness (it is a bit like walking on a mattress or like i was a bit drunk but never like the room is spinning).I also feel kind of spaced out. These feelings are here constantly 24/7. Though they are slightly less when I'm sitting or laying down and more prominent when standing or moving.
I have had dozens of tests and all come back clear: MRIs of head, ear, neck and lower back. Full vitamin bloods plus other bloods, lupus, autoimmune, spinal tap, eye tests, ear tests, seen neurologists and audiologists and no one suggests anything.
My life is unbearable. I feel so spaced out and I hate even walking anywhere now as it feels like as if I were drunk all the time. I don't know what the hell is going on with me and I just don't know what else to do.
If anyone can suggest anything please please I would be so grateful for any suggestions.
Thank you

I have the exact same feeling for 9 months now. ive had all the same test, multiple MRIs and with no answer. im hoping to find a solution here as well. I did notice deep neck massages helped for some reason, and wearing glasses instead of contacts helps with the dizzy but i know exactly what youre talking about.
would do anything for insight, but every doctor ive seen, specialist visit and scan / test shows normal.

It's so awful isn't it. I'm sorry you're going through it too.
I just wish I knew what it was. The not knowing is crippling and causes so much more anxiety. Thanks for the neck massage tip. If you do ever find anything out please let me know. I hope it clears for you soon.

I'm the same although I'm worse wen sitting and laying down.
can you remember when you first got it? have you been anywhere that would make you feel unsteady the time you got it? or even taking meds that might be causing it? have you tried vestibular exercises? its really strange because the more active i am the less the symptoms i have although i felt a bit drunk on my walk this morning. my symptoms seem to change all the time

I think mine started not long after I had a particularly bad cough. But that could just be coincidental. Im 35 female and overweight. Its frustrating that all the tests Ive had just keep coming back positive.
The closest thing Ive read that describes it is something called Persistent Postural Perceptive Dizziness (PPPD). I do have many of the symptoms. But Im yet to actually get a diagnosis of that as it is not something any specialist Ive seen has suggested and was just a condition I happened to stumble across.

i have the exact same symptoms as you 24/7 going on 5 years now no answers, but i have started noticing and keeping track that at certain times of the months its worse. im not sure how old you are but any of this by any chance be hormones? no cause is found for me either and im going through the change and the only other thing i can think of thats causing it.

5 years, how awful.
I have just started to notice that it seems to be worse around my time of the month so there could be something in that certainly. I am 35 female and have polycystic ovaries so have had hormonal issues.

Does anybody have neck pain? Turn your head left and right. be very aware of any pain you might have. I have been the same as all of you for over 10 yrs now. First off, don't let it freak you out. Look up occiptial Neurlogia and see if that is your symptoms. You can also look up SCM muscle issues. If you think it's Occiptal Neurolgia you would see a Neurologist or pain management doctor and they will give you never block injections to see if that helps.

@Rocksolid YES i have neck pain. that is what started all of this. the neurologist never mentioned SCM or occipital neurolgia.
its not a sharp pain in my neck, just always sore and stiff. a sharp pain in my neck is what began all of these fuzzy brain / blurry vision issues. the sharp pain never resurfaced but the sore neck stayed daily.

i have the same symptoms.
i have a herniated disc in my neck, & a backwards curve to my neck. all of this puts pressure on my nerves, so i also have nerve issues along with cervical dystonia following an accident. i hope you find answers! you'll feel so much better once you do! anxiety can also cause your symptoms as well.

if you read my entry under 44 mag, you will note my 'bilateral vestibular loss'
condition started 15 years ago. hearing loss, vision impaired and terrible
lack of balance. I recommend you find a ear doctor or neurologist who
knows something about 'vestibular' condition. then have a COMPLETE
middle ear examination, NOT a check up. it took me 12 years to find a doctor
who suspected 'vestibulat' as my condition and did the complete middle
ear exam. solutions: none.
suggest you look up multichannel trials at Johns Hopkins Hospital in
Baltimore. they are working on a possible solution for vestibular and have
been for about 10 years.Cheers John

have you been under a lot of stress before it happened?
It sounds exactly like what I'm feeling..
But mine started along with stomach issues.. been going to a Gastro Dr for that..
Started on and off.....
Mild dizzy feeling.. a bit of tension in head... now I've had daily for about 2+ weeks.
It can really be from nothing more than stress.... if you have been under a lot of stress..
"" These are emotions that manifest themselves physically. They usually appear after a time of emotional turmoil and not during which can be confusing because you will be feeling ok for a while before everything hits. A doctor described it to me as a hangover. Whether you realize it or not, every time you get stressed your body tightens up and blood flow get redirected. Because you are literally intoxicated by stress you are going to feel it once you coming down. This can last years if you are chronically in a state of stress. ""
