Please Help! Hiv and Herpes Symptoms or something else? Pics Included.

Had unprotected sex went to the er for std test was having discharge and pain while peeing and sex test came back negative for trich, gonorrhea and chlamydia doctor's were dismissive about bumps, I have oral thrush might be because of antibiotics can't tell also having muscle aches and joint stiffness, cold hands and feel did a ana for autoimmune disease came back positive for antibodies 1:80 results and I found white tiny bumps under along lip line and swollen nodes around groin and inching armpits.
