Please help i am freaking out


I had sex two weeks ago, actually before april 9th and ive noticed this small open sore on the outside of my vagina!!!!! could this be herpes or another std? it kind of stings a bit when i touch or wash the area, also noticed a bit of fluid coming out when i press on the sore or bump idk what the hell this is! 6 months ago i was told that i have hsv-1 (0.30) which is above average range, but never had any oral outbreaks or cold sores, so it has not bothered me. ive had tiny bump or two inside of my mouth before and they went away on their own, never really caused any discomfort or pain. Im freaking out i had an ingrown in the same spot on my vagina in february but after having sex this small sore is making me worry cuz its taking a while to heal! Also during sex the guy took his condom off and the next day i noticed a bad smell coming from my vagina and a thick heavy discharge! which made me worry like crazy so i used a vaginal cream and tried to get rid of that nasty smell from his penis or condom idk where it came from because i have not had any odor there until his raw penis came into contact with my vagina. PLZ help!!!!! I KEEP washing and putting ointment on my vagina like 10 times a day, to a point where i am compulsive and going crazy over this!!!!!! plz idk what it is. HELP
