Please help ,I am going crazy

I am having a very rough red patch in back of my tongue & light grey black veins from back to front of my tongue bottom & 3 to 4 small red bump in back of my tongue which I notice only today...I am a hard smoker for last 4 years & only stop a week ago after pain in my throat & stiffness in my jaw while opening my mouth & a mild ear pain .I am having pain in my lymph nodes which is less than it was a week ago...does any smoker have this problem? should I consult specialist? is this a symptom of oral cancer.

I am depressed & don't know how to cope up with this situation ,I am only 25 years old somebody plz help.

    rough red patch are on back right & left side of tongue not middle where red bumps are...the dark grey black veins are also on side.
