Please help, I can’t tell if this is herpes or an allergy

So, im on my period, and I put a panty liner on, i noticed within a few hours, I began to get super itchy, and realized it was the adhesive that didnt stick to my underwear and was rubbing all over my labia and lips. (tampons/pads/liners have irritated my skin in the past and have caused itching) I broke out in welts, and maybe even a little rash (i couldnt tell) that went away after I removed the panty liner and changed my underwear. This was about 2 days ago. This morning i did #2 on the toilet, and felt a little irritation removing my tampon. When I went to wipe, i noticed some pain and a little blood, and noticed i was a little itchy. I grab my mirror and find this. It looks like one popped and one is still full. It resembles a pimple with a white head. Is it possible this is the aftermath from skin irritation with the panty liner? does this look like herpes? Is it possible the tampon string couldve cause irritation? No pain when peeing, no fever or anything.

    Hi, it does look like a herpes sore. Did you have sex before your period started or was what you described are the events to how you think you got these ? Did you check your inner labias for any sores or anything that resembles bumps or sores ?

      hi, not before my period but maybe a week before my period started. I dont have any other sores or anything else at all, just this pimple looking bump and what i thought was a popped pimple bump right after these events. Today, the white head went away and now theres just two small bumps left over.

      the one that (i thought popped) still is sore but not much itchiness, idk if that helps, idk if theres such thing as mubor breakouts, but if i have it this would be my first and im really scared. Ive only had my boyfriend as a partner who is 100% faithful. Idk if i gave it to myself while with myself or if its possibly he transmittited it to me via mouth while he had a little pimple like bump there over a month ago.
