dont worry its probably just pearly penile papules harmless and mostly aesthetic. have your doctor check them the next time you see him

    Hi assur,

They look like coronal papillae, which is found in all men, but I'm not clear from your query why these have turned white.

Have you irritated this area in some particular way; e.g. by scratching it, dry masturbation, applying a strong chemical irritant (vinegar), etc?

If you have never had sexual contact with anyone then you have absolutely nothing to worry about.

They are a little unusual, they actually look like small Tyson's Glands, but these are normally on the underside of the head of your penis.

It is not unusual for Pearly Penile Papules to look like this - however, what you also have are other Papules that have the other typical appearance.

Unless, as Adhari suggests, that you may have damaged this white cluster - I would suggest if you saw a range of different medical professionals these are simply these are quite normal and you have nothing to worry about.

In conclusion, these are simply totally different derivations of potentially two different things that appear naturally on the head of the penis - and, as you have not had any sexual contact you have absolutely nothing to fear.

It should not be itchy, but it does look like pearly penile papules. It cannot be an STD if you never had sex. I had those and removed them using a tool called the PPP KIT for papules. It is a little device with instructions to get the job done. It basically does the same thing as laser treatment by dermatologists but at a fraction of the cost.
