Please help, I don't know what this is called

Hello,

Thank you for reading this post! I have this small eczema like on my skin (forearm) for 1-2 months but I don't know where it is from and I am not experiencing any symptoms. It is not itchy but the skin is not smooth like other areas. If you know what this is please let me know! I appreciate your help

    It may be a small patch of keratosis pilaris. Its not harmful and you cant spread it to other people. Just use an emollient cream on it after washing. If you can find one with lactic acid as the active ingredient that may help. It often just disappears after a few years,but obviously if it is bothering you by spreading or becoming intolerable then do see a doctor or dermatologist
