PLEASE HELP I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO

For the past few months maybe at the beginning of October an itch appeared within my labia minora region. There was no clumpy discharge but the discharge was milky and in abundance. Flat tiny white bumps appeared on the inside of my labia minora as well. I bought antibacterial cream and used it. I then went to the gynecologist and he gave me pills that he said would kill the bacteria and he also suggested that I used vagisil anti-itch cream. Nothing worked. I saw online that you can try hydrogen peroxide to carry down the itching and inflammation so I just tried it and it began burning and the white spots grew even bigger. I don’t know what to do I cannot stop crying about it. I did a Pap smear and I am awaiting results. image

Oh you poor girl! Just in answer to your comment about doubting if an allergic reaction can go on for two months, it most certainly can. I had the exact same symptoms as you for seven years before I found out that I had, not exactly an allergy, but a sensitivity to certain foods that set up severe itching/pain in the genital area. It also presented, as in your picture, with small hives but the itch was so horrible it would wake me at night or keep my from sleeping.

After seeing literally half a dozen doctors, I found that a bout of gastroenteritis, where I couldn't eat for a week, made my problem magically vanish. So I thought perhaps it was dietary-related. I can't eat anything that has the chemical solanin in it. This is a naturally-occuring chemical which some plants use to protect themselves from insects. Here's the list I found I could not eat:

Potato; tomato; eggplant(aubergine); tobacco; capsicum (bell peppers); chilli; some pulses and legumes such as peas.

Try cutting these out of your diet for a week and see if you have any luck. It may not be solanin you are sensitive to, and I'd recommend that you go to see a doctor who specialises in dietary sensitivities. Ten years after cutting those foods from my diet, the only time I've had relapses was when I ate something on my banned list without realizing it (for instance, potato powder is often added to breads, and baked beans are always in tomato sauce). I got used to reading a lot of the ingredients labels of food.

Good luck, and please let us know how you get on.

Never use Hydrogen Peroxide in the Vulval area. You are suffering with a reaction to it. Those tiny white spots look normal and dont need any treatment. Go back to your gynaecologist. He/she can recommend other treatments/medication.

Do you wash your vulval area a lot? Sometimes ladies can wash the area far too much and it depletes the natural lubricants and causes an itch. Never use those "intimate washes" that are advertised. They are not necessary.

Does your partner use condoms? They can sometimes set up an irritation if you are allergic to them.
