Please help - i have lost all hope.

My issues started 4 years ago when my labia started disappearing and my vagina skin was tearing. For years I asked my doctor to order me a blood test because I read that low estrogen can cause your “parts to disappear.” My periods are also 2-3 days and entirely brown. Finally, my doctor ordered me blood work to test my hormones. The first round of bloodwork showed that my estrogen was in the post menopausal range but my FSH was normal. The second test showed that my estrogen was in the “normal” range but I’m not sure what phase of my cycle I was in. My FSH level was also normal. Currently, I haven’t had a period in 50 days and today I had brown discharge but it went away (no i’m not pregnant). I’m completely beside myself and depressed. I need some answers. Does anyone have any idea what is happening to me? 

No sex drive, lady parts disappearing, completely Brown periods that are getting shorter and shorter. Please help!
