i have lump on my penile shaft, and i don't have other symptoms like a pain, itching

    You best get this medically checked, go to your Regular / Family Doctor / GP as soon as possible - you may need to see a specialist such as a Dermatologist or a Urologist to resolve these issues ....

      Who was the medical professional you saw: a General /Family Doctor / GP or a Sexual Health Specialist, or someone else?

      Have you ever had sex with anyone ..... ?

      A Urologist is a Medical Specialist who has detailed, in-depth knowledge of issues relating to the genitalia, it should have been a very basic issue for them to explain precisely what this is for you ....

      If you have seen a Urologist contact them and ask for an explanation in a manner that you can understand ....
