I just noticed these today. I'm freaking out! Could it be and STD? I noticed them because ive been having problems with itching down there. my only symptoms are itching sometimes and sometimes burning during intercourse. If it is VP is there a cure?? what do i do

Have you been vaccinated against HPV? In that case, warts are unlikely ... Do these "papillae" have their own bases? They are usually symmetrical on both sides ... But I can see from the photo that on the right side they are aligned ... vp there is no cure because it is not a disease, it is a normal part of your vulva, they are harmless growth, nothing to worry about, but if for aesthetic reasons you feel uncomfortable, you can remove it, but as it is a normal anatomy of your body, I don't see why ...

vp is normal. Do you check your vagina often, as in are these new growths? if sexually active i would get tested for hpv genital warts just to be on the safe side.
