so me and my fiance had sex wednesday ive been with him for 5 years, and friday i became sore etc over the weekend it worsened i can hardly walk. crying when i pee. im am full of sores and im so clueless to what it is. How could it be herpes if ive not slept with anyone different and neither has he? dont know what to think & doctors wont see me due to covid!
if it is herpes how do i minimise this pain &the sores

you need to see a doctor asap!!! i know its difficult with covid (believe me) but the sooner you get a diagnosis and treatment the better! get it swabbed before it goes away and youre stuck waiting (and stressing) for your body to build antibodies to possibly show in a blood test
im really torn as to what that is -- definitely an infection
it does somewhat resemble herpes; and the painful urination is consistent with HSV
however i do notice the skin on your vulva is red... and im not seeing the typical blister / lesions?
is it at all possible you used a new brand of condoms, lube, new toy? anything out of the ordinary ??

the only new thing i used that night was new underwear. I called the doctor first thing and they referred me onto a sexual health clinic but they aren't taking any appointments just now because of covid and told me to call mg doctor back. when i called them back they told me there was nothing more they could do. I'm honestly at a loss on what to do.

poor you. flu symptoms can happen but yours sound worse than I've ever experienced.. could you also have flu?! or covid?!
regarding easing the pain - salt baths. when you pee as you're going pour water on yourself. this helps with the pain. salt baths! salt baths! and more salt baths. get some lidocaine cream. vaseline also helps. it'll pass. and for future, take lisine supplements daily and zinc too. it can help. stay healthy and it you have lots of outbreaks they can put you on anti viral suppressive therapy. see how you go, keep a diary and you'll start to recognise early signs so you can get antibiotics quickly to prevent bad outbreaks. also you mention your partner- I'm sure the docs covered this but you can have herpes dormant for years and not have outbreaks or ones so minimal that you don't notice. so your partner could've had it for years and not known, or vice versa. you'll be okay, you get used to it and it gets easier and easier with fewer outbreaks. ❤️

oh and look up herpes virus association. they are amazing and their advice is better than any youd get from doctors or clinics as they are run by people with hsv1 and hsv2
