Hi, forget cancer. They are very rare and develop slowly.

I think you just have a yeast infection or BV. Rhis very frequent and normal. Don't be scared to go to the doctor. Do you have unusual smell?

my mom had vulvar cancer. it was removed. and eight years later she had ovarian, uterine cancer that took her life. it didn't look like this. it was a wound- type lesion . her biggest symptom was abnormal bleeding.

Mocha, dont be scared this is not cancer. Does the discharge itch? If so you may have a yeast infection which is easily treated. The lumpy look may be some VP which affects some ladies and not others...its not known why...its not infectious.Wearing tight clothes that cut into your vulva will not help, so do try to loosen it up a bit. Dont wear thongs...they will certainly aggravate the situation as will pants made from polyester. Try not to wear pants at night to allow air to circulate. Cotton underwear only.

Doctors see this sort of thing all the time and a swab will identify any infection that needs treatment.

I second this. Looks like VP (Vestibular Papillomatosis) with possible yeast infection. I noticed the VP comes with inflammation, and sometimes goes after the yeast infection clears and sometimes not. Otherwise, the VP is considered normal. Sometimes HPV can come in patches of white, but I don't see that in the picture.

Everything looks normal. As some have said, some mild VP which is totally normal. Can always get tested for an STD panel to ease anxiety if you like. Are you having any pain, or unusually smelling discharge? Then it could be a yeast infection
