please help me I am terrified. what's is this?? 1 year ago I had a lump when there and it hurt when I went to toilet to wipe. I kept squeezing and it eventually started burning when I urinated, for 2 week I was in agony.. I used heat compress, witch hazel & calamine lotion and it eventually popped and the toilet was like a crime screen the amount of blood there was. I originally thought it was a bartholin cysts I think I made into a blood blister from the squeezing, the skin ripped and it healed after few days utter relief however a year on... I keep feeling this squishy lump in the same place and when I'm sat down I feel it and looks like a dark purple balloon and swollen labia but when I'm lay down and look at it.. its reduced and still slightly purple. I'm terrified.. I'm gonna book a dr appoinment but as a plus size woman I'm embarrassed.. also I'm in a LDR with a new guy and I'm really really embarrassed that if this doesn't clear by the time we meet in case of sexual activity. can anyone tell me or help me pls? I'm desperate and worried sick.

Dont be worried. All that squeezing has damaged the tender skin of your labia. It may have been a Bartholins cyst or just an ordinary cyst. It may fade a bit over time . Please dont be so vicious with your skin when you discover a cyst. Best to see a doctor and get proper treatment.
