Hi Garry it's difficult to say but it does need to be checked out. it could be a fungal yeast infection or something like lichen sclerosus so I'd advise you to see your GP for a check-up they will probably treat you for a fungal infection if it doesn't improve then you would have to be referred to a dermatologist or urologist. Is your inner foreskin affected or getting tight?

Hi, thank you for your response

I've been treating it with fungal creams but none of them seemed to work

It only feels tighter when I have an erection but I think that's normal

      And the inner part:

Hi Garry have you spoke with your doctor? And they gave you the antifungal cream and you have tried it of a few weeks. You do have some discoloration on the inner foreskin in you last photo and also on you other photos. I think you should have it seen with a dermatologist or urologist. In your photos it does look a little like LS so I'd get checked.

Hi Garry I'm glad to hear that you are getting it checked if it was LS it would be important to have treatment for it. It could still be just a fungal infection hopefully it is. Do let me know how you get on

Hi you should have it checked with a dermatologist if your doctor is at a loss they should refer you to one.

Lichen sclerosus or BXO is a condition that causes scarring to the skin and discoloration. you can have it anywhere on the body but on the genitals it can be a problem. if left untreated in Men phimosis with the foreskin can happen and even urethral stricture can form.

So it's important to have it checked with a doctor who understands the condition and proper treatment is started.

Someone mentioned that taking Ciprofloxacin 500 milligrams and ibuprofen 800 milligrams cured him but I need a prescription and doctors wont write it becasue it is a strong antibiotic. Anyone tried it ?
