Please help I think I have a blockage any ideas?

I have this problem fora while i can’t have a bowel movement or if i can its like this and only one or two and thats every two or three days i take fivbee and stool softeners . then anout 2 days ago the location of my apendix started hurting that has stopped but now when i eat all under my ribs feel really full. Last night after supper it was only under my right rib. I have had a gallbladder storm before so i onow what that feels like but never felt full under both ribs. I have never been diagonosed with anything, nor have i been to the dr. how long can i wait till its an emergency?
