PLEASE HELP! I’ve been stressed 2 weeks over this

Ive had unprotected sex with a female and the next day i started to have slight discharge. i noticed that the head of my penis look unusual. I always had wrinkled skin on the head of my penis since i could remember. I grew up masturbating with no lubrication, im guessing thats the cause of it. These new little red spots are new, after i had sex with this female. They dont itch nor do they hurt. I went & got tested for Gonorrhea & Chlamydia and the results were negative but i still was treated for both. The discharge has stopped but these red spots are still here, anyone have any advice please?imageimage

    Could you post a couple more photos? The ones you've uploaded are under-exposed (too dark) and out of focus.

    I don't think it's herpes, but need to get a better view of the glans.
