Please Help Identify These!

So a week ago i had a couple mystery bumps decide to show up on my penis. I had recently manscaped so was hoping to chalk it up as ingrown hairs but as time passed, i'm concerned it may just be the alternative. Heres the breakdown:

Bump 1: Base of my shaft. Had some short hairs coming out and there was some yellow pus in there. Let it be. Now its scabbed a bit and still red. No pain or tenderness.

Bump 2: Halfway up my shaft. Started as a tender raised pimple looking thing. Couldnt resist so i squeezed it immediately. The puss in the middle went away but i didn't see any secretions. It turned into a small crater and began to scab. Today, 6 days later, the scab fell off but i'm left with a large crater that is still a bit tender.

Bump 3: Here's where it gets weird. Tip of my penis. Today, out of nowhere, this fella showed up exactly as pictured. No signs before or anything.

Any and all advice welcomed. My doctor cant see me for another week so i am kinda freaking out. Full disclosure is i have been loyal to my wife of 12 years but 15 years ago, i had a girlfriend with genital herpes but we were safe as possible.! Is it possible this virus stayed suppressed or went undetected that long??!!

    hiya I was with my boyfriend for 6 years and i got herpes off him in October, he swears blind to me he hasn't been with anyone else nor have i, he would occasionally get those kind of sores on his penis but I still never caught anything, Anyway in October I got tested as a got very sick after being with him I couldn't pee and had blisters and sores but he waited a while to get tested his bloods came back negative but I was positive in October, I feel you can have this a long time and be lucky and not pass it on, he had the sore in October but we never thought much of it but it must have been a outbreak and he passed it on to me! no ones to blame this infection is tricky and I think you have to be in the middle of a outbreak to get positive result, maybe when your sores appear again go to the doctor and get swaps done then you'll know for sure, We have broken up due to the stress of this he thinks I gave it to him and I think he gave it to me,

      Hi, thanks so much for the reply. Sorry to hear about your experience. It sure does sound like a tricky virus. I'm still hopeful these could be something else but losing hope pretty quickly the more i research.

    hey if you get to a doctor while still having the sores you can be tested if not maybe next time, just use condoms until they go, I'm sure your partner will understand if you explain things, it's not the end of the world if you have it, I'd say most people could have it they just don't know, just relax and try not stress too much because that can trigger it

    Anyone else have any idea if these could be herpes? Just not sure what else they may be at this point...

    Hoping my physician will see me before New Years but in the meantime, please chime in if these look symptomatic of herpes or not
