I had a Colonscopy in June 2018 and again in february 2019... Both ruled out IBD but the endoscopy showed gastritis. And I was diagnosed with IBS.
I suffer from a burning pain in lower abdomen below Navel with occasional cramps... Is this normal with IBS?

This is normal for IBS especially the burning lower abdominal pain with cramps.

no, this is not IBS, it's gastritis. try taking liquid antacids and avoiding spicy and fatty foods

Not sure if this pain is related to IBS.
I have quite bad stomach cramps like colicy pain.
Last Dr I saw thought this may be due to IBS.
I also have divertiucultis but Dr was not convinced that this was what was causing the problem.

Everyone experiences IBS pain differently and there are various different types of pain. I had four types of pain with my IBS; dull, deep grinding, stabbing and sore to touch.
