Please help if you can, unexplained exhaustion?

Hi all

I have joined this site with the hope of getting some info and a bit of advice.

For the past week or so I have been feeling very under the weather. I have been off sick. I have been extremely exhausted to the point of physically finding it very tiring to go up a flight of stairs. My chest feels quite right and my legs feel like a dead weight. I have an odd feeling in my throat like my windpipe is smaller than it should be. I am sweating when I am walking or reached my destination, however I am not walking far at all. My stools are a little loose but I have not lost my appetite. I do not 100% lucid and I feel a little dazed and comfused. For the past few months I have noticed that when I wake up my hand that I put under my pillow to sleep is numb and tingling. This leaves after 30 seconds of moving it around and I have no pain. I have noticed about three times that my legs especially my thighs are a little cold and tingly. It is causing me to feel anxious although not as much now I am signed off work. I have never felt this ill in my life. I have seen my GP and he has sent me for some blood tests which I am waiting for the results from in the next couple of days. I am 26 female, relatively healthy although I am overweight. I don't lead a particularly stressful life I rarely drink and don't smoke. I know it is warm here at the moment but the heat has never affected. Me before and I have not really been outin it. I am very worried at the moment as to what could be wrong. I am supposed to be going on holiday a week today though I feel at the moment I couldn't face it.

Thank nk you for reading and any advice would be appreciated.

The air is warm and can I say heavy. What I have been doing is rest ad much as possible. With plenty of fluids but mainly water and I find things like bananas, pears and plum's are a great help but you must have fluids water and cups of tea and let others make a fuss, you get as much rest a possible.

that is all I can suggest.
