(M) I've had unprotected sex 1 month ago. Ended up with a tingling tip an hour after it. It went away after 2 days. Came back. Then went away again after 2 days, then came and gave me a swollen meatus tip that sticks out just under (the gets painful the more it swells up). No pain when urinating, only burning after and through out the day n night, no discharge, and sometimes pain it left groin. Docs said it was balanitis. Swabbed and gave me cream. Neg for chlamydia and gonorrhea. The girls last partner was me from years ago.

Cream didn't work. Went back to the docs who did full bloods. All fine and neg for syphilis. Over time the pains been getting a lot less that I don't notice it as bad some days, but it flairs up randomly where it is painful and annoying. I've been on 10 days of doxicilion 100g but nothing.

During the scare, I ended up getting a burning tongue and thought it was stress related. The doc had a look and said it's nothing. Just geographical tongue which i do get. But now I'm worried that it has also turned into something as I did give oral, and have been getting lesions. They heal relatively quickly.

I burning tongue has stopped in the last week. But today I noticed a sore burn mark at the tip of my tongue, and the side isn't too great either. Can anybody possible help identify what I have? Am I done for? I'm waiting for the docs reply from a urologist on what to do next but I fear he's not helping.
