Please HELP. Is this an anal herpes sore? Feel so depressed

Had unprotected sex 12 days ago. 4 days later i felt sore when walking as it was rubbing against my knickers . I then noticed this sore on my bum. It was initially quite tender but I have been putting sudocrem on it and it is no longer that tender to touch. It has not worsened and I have not had anymore sores but I can't say that it is getting any better either. I was having quite a lot of Diarrhoea for a few weeks prior to this and i do think my anus looks quite purple so im hoping a tear or ulcer but the timing just seems too perfect so im thinking most likely herpes. It is not noticeable unless you pull anus apart! imageimage

      Yes have to wait another week for results. So anxious and they really did not have any answers for me. They said it could be but that it also could be other things
