PLEASE HELP!! Is this genital herpes??

had unprotected sex about 3 weeks ago. immediately felt a 'tingle' the next day when i went to oee. figured it was a UTI or possible yeast infection...well here we are 22 days later and i am so itchy, and sore from the scratching! i am about 3 days into a UTI antibiotic (Microbid) and started Boric Acid Suppositories this morning. ive attached pics of the corning area...please guve me some feedback and advice! Already tested negative for chlamydia and gonnorrhea, doctor said to wait until my annual to do the others (5 weeks away!!).

    I'm so sorry but unfortunately that appears to be herpes. please schedule an appointment with your doctor.

      Those symptoms dont seem to correlate with herpes, nor was it a water blister.

    update: i was tested for HSV2 (gh) about a week ago and the results were negative. waited almost 5 weeks after exposure and presumed 'outbreak'. will be testing again in 2 wks and again at the 12 wk mark, just to be sure.
