Please help! Is this herpes?

These arent the best pictures but i had sex and the next day woke up with a sore vagina some cramps but felt fine other than being hungover. I took a shower and it wasnt until i got out i felt something was off. I started to feel sick, my legs felt like they were tingling and when i looked at my vagina in the mirror i saw these two sores. Its painful to pee because of where the sore is. Please please help i am so scared. every picture of herpes doesnt look like this. i already went to the doctor but i have to wait for the results and am gonna worry until then.

    Could be herpes, could be syphilis. Do you know if there were small blisters berfore sores?... That would indicate HSV (herpes) It's hard to tell from the blurry picture. Have a full STD screen for a proper diagnosis.
