Please help! Is this herpes or something to do with my hemorrhoids? I'm so upset

I am making myself absolutely sick with worry. I haven't gotten my appointment yet. I had unprotected sex a week ago. He tried shoving it in anal and we had a big fight over it and I left. I haven't seen him since. the past 3 days my butt has hurt and what feel like he either tore me from shoving it in dry (I've never done anal and he never asked, just put it in), or I have hemorrhoids . I went to take a photo of the hemorrhoids and noticed these white blisters around it. I didn't think too much of it, but now today and yesterday there are a few on my vagina. I am absolutely devastated. I recently broke up with my husband of 12 years. I haven't slept with anyone in a year except this person I've been seeing for a few months which was only last week for the first time. I am going crazy and also in so much pain. I haven't eaten in days because I feel like my life is over and nobody will want me if it's herpes. it won't let me upload a photo, so I'll try and do it in the comments.

    Hi,

You need to take an appointment with a doctor. It does look like herpes but you need to have it swabbed to confirm. There are also antivirals that can speed up healing and minimize future outbreaks.

Let the dust settles. It's just a skin infection. It can be transmitted without a condom so everyone takes risks. You have to eat, you need your body to be strong. You'll find someone and be loved again.

thank you for your reply. my appointment with sexual health is still another week away unfortunately, but I got my GP to swab me today. I am feeling better today, and I know in my heart this is herpes. I've started to accept it and instead of bottling it up, I've told the people closest to me and I have an unbelievable amount of support. the pain is getting worse, but I have some medication now. hopefully it clears up asap and I can move on with my life

I can seen you are kind and strong person. You'll be just fine. The first outbreak is the worst... you might never experience another outbreak at all. Keep the healthiest lifestyle as possible. A strong immume system will keep the virus dormant. I've heard that lysine supplement do wonders to minimise future outbreaks.

thank you, I will check that out. fortunately I'm a personal trainer and very active, plus I eat well. hopefully that means my immune system is good 😊 I am extremely sore. today is the worst day for pain so far. nothing had helped and I needed to leave work early. hopefully the pain lessens because I cannot take much more of this.
