Please help!!! Is this herpess I’m soooo scared

please help me im so scared, does this look like herpes? it doesnt itch at all or hurt, i can push on it with my nail and its not sensitive at all just a bit irritated. i noticed it yestweday and i had a new sexual partner about 2 weeks ago, i havent noticed any orher symptoms and it doesnt hurt to pee or anything. what could it be? i was wearing really tight underwear with tight pants yesterday which is when i noticed it but im honestly so scared the qnxiety is killing me rn:(((

    Is it just this one spot? Probably just caused by friction .

      no it seems to be 2-3 but they seem kind of messed together, not individual spots

      this is the area today, it seems to be healing and i kind of forgot about it but this morning i noticed oke of them seems like it became red again and started bleeding a bit- but once again i wore very tight clothes and it was super hot yesterday so i cant tell if that just irritated it again or if its something else

      I would say it rather looks like it's caused by friction.
