Please help! is this normal on my penis or should i worry about it?

I am 32 years old. I haven’t had sex with a female person yet. (The reasons are that a man from 11 to 14 years old intimately abused me. I have traumas because of that.) I wonder if this is normal on my penis? to note I am not circumcised but I stick to hygiene. also during a major emergency, semen comes out of my penis. sometimes like gelatin. i need to masturbate every couple of days. is that the reason? i did a test for chlamydia, ureaplasma and others spb im negative. what do you think about all this, and what do you think about the look of my penis is ok?

    It looks normal to me.

A small number of guys will spunk themselves (cum) when in stress.

Nothing wrong with masturbating every couple of days.

I forgot to ask if you thought something was wrong?

Sometimes photos make something look better or worst than it is.

Do a search for lumps in cum and that will give you some ideas. Not drinking enough is the most common reason given.

I thought something was wrong with my penis. and it really isn't. I went to see a urologist and he told me that I have prostate inflammation (Prostatitis ch). I suspect that I have prostate or penis cancer. I still have to do a spermiogram, urine, UK3x, urethral swab ... so I'll know if it's really cancer. 😔🙁

Well some good news I guess. At least looking in the right place is a good start. Just have to see how the tests go. Hopefully it's something more treatable with your prostate then cancer.
