Please Help is This Thrush or Something worse?

I would be really grateful for opinions as I struggle with health anxiety.

Is this Thrush? or an infection or something more serious?

Started few days ago, redness, itching, feeling slightly swollen especially around the urethra area and vulva lips. Discharge doesn't smell the same and doesn't smell of much! (sorry tmi) feels like bubbles after I've had a wee.
