there is tissue line or growth i didn't noticed or didn't remember i guess it from birth but one doctor said its infection ?

I think in your case it's just how you are & have been for ages. If it's not too embarrassing, then ask your parents if anything happened to you when young as that could answer it.
It's not a normal place to have such a mark, but some of us have minor differences on our bodies. It doesn't look like it's a sign of a problem or infection.
