Please help..left breast lesion and under arm lump

Hi all.

I went to hospital regarding a under arm pit lump. Was told it was cyst and a CT scan with contrast was followed, Dr. Said CT was clear was discharged (Jan 2022) now my own Dr has written to after receiving the radiologists/Dr letter. Now theyve stated I have a lesion on left breast and this 1.5 cm marbke shape under armpit lyphm node. Their requesting and ultra sound. My Age 47.

Why an ultrasound?????

Is the most probabilty breast cancer,??

Whats a breast lesion???

    I am 49 went for my annual mammogram came back lesion on left breast had a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound they are saying its some kind of nodual and get rechecked in 6 months. I might get a second opinion. A lesion can be a cyst or no cancerous mass. Try not to worry.
