    hey buddy, can you please confirm to me if you ever received oral sex?

    also..please send me a close up photo of your pubic region (with flash), and also another of the shaft stretched out so the bumps are more visible.

    If you never received oral and are a virgin...we can rule out STD, and I'm almost certain that your culprit is an easy fixable scabies infestation on your genitals, check your hands, between your fingers and your palms for bumps, if you have them..that's your culprit, get 2 tubes of permethrin cream from your closest chemist, apply the first tube from the neck down...EVERYWHERE, chest, back, armpits, legs, buttocks, between your legs and especially your pubic area, testicles and shaft, wear clean clothes after applying the cream and wash all your bedding and clothes (scabies mites die within 5 days on clothes and sheets etc), repeat the process one more time after 5 days.
