i have a lump under my lip and it doesn't cause any pain. I just wanna know if it's cyst, cold sore (HSV-1) or a forming pimple

    Not easy to tell from your photo but it may be just one of those odd bumps in the skin that appear as we get older. If it was a cold sore or a forming pimple I think it would hurt when pressed/ touched . Possibly a cyst. You will just have to wait and see. Whatever it is leave it alone,

    From your picture it looks like a normal pimple!
