please help me !

so i went to my local planned parenthood because i noticed lesions , that are painless , im having some creamy whitish brownish discharge , he looked and assumed it was herpes , this is a painless sore , i got a swab done & it only hurt cause i think he cut it open but other than that i dont have any pain or itching or burning and i'm now waiting for results but can you guys possibly help me . i did feel like i tore when i had intercourse can any other Sti besides genital herpes can this be ?! image

    looks like possible herpes sore sex can trigger a herpes outbreak if you had sex before you found the lesion on your vagina it could be tearing from friction or rough sex
