PLEASE HELP ME !!! 24 weeks pregnant and my baby is coming, pls help with advice

l am having my first baby, l will be 24weeks tomorrow 22.1.2020 and the delivery expected date is may 13 2020 , now my cervix is very short and l am in the hospital on observation. l am scared that my girl may not survive this because she is only 540g and her lungs are not strong. please does anybody have any ideal what are our chances. l am in a very bad shape even that l am trying to be strong. help me
