PLEASE HELP ME

Ive been crying for the past 2 hours, I dont know whats wrong with me. this has never happened to me before. i dont think i have and sti because there is no foul odor nor off colored discharge. i did believe i had an UTI because i had dark yellow urine with an off smell as well as stinging while i pee, until i saw this and ive been flushing my system with cranberry juice and water so the stinging isnt as bad anymore. Can anybody tell me what this could be. Thank you. image
