I'm 27 male 6'3 160 pounds I have good health records no major problems or allergies nothing. I'm not very sexual active I do masterbation pretty often now I have a bump very close to the whole I urine out off I have went to be tested I had clahimdia and not warts but I still choose to take the medicine for both hoping it would help it did not all the bump seems to do is flare up scab over and repeat it's flat with a bit of a ring on the outline of the bump with a flat middle kind of pink and black. It's kind of hard to notice when the penis is erection but very visible when not I have not seen any progress for some time now it doesn't hurt or itch and I dont have discharge but I'm starting to get scared and loose mental health to worrying myself. I have pictures of what it looks like if there's any body that could help with any amount of advice it's greatly appreciatedimageimageimage

    Dear johanna,

The photos show you have a large penile ulcer with a rolled edges close to the meatus (pee hole). I don't know what clinic/doctor you attended for your chlamydia and wart treatment but neither of these infections cause ulceration.

Please see an STD doctor or urologist as soon as possible, as the ulcer could be a serious condition.
