Please help me determine if this is a tapeworm

I have been having diarrhea pretty regularly every morning, after coffee, for a few weeks maybe. Also abdominal cramps and sometimes in the evening I get so hungry I eat until my stomach hurts (crampy). My period is over 10 days late. This morning this was in my poop. Does anyone know if it is a tapeworm or mucus or what? I recently noticed what I now think was a tapeworm egg floating. Other symptoms that may be related are runny nose and cough, slight fever (covid tested negative twice), muscle ache (and zero exercise), nausea, sugar craving, salt cravings too actually, fatigue, sleep issues, moodiness. These might be in my head. If anything I have been gaining weight recently, possibly due to the evening hunger pains, so I am not sure.

    i have the same issue and very similar poop. Have you found an answer yet? I think that its a tapeworm but in no expert
