Please help me diagnose my pelvic pain

Hi everyone. Need your help in narrowing down my problem. I am a 25 years old virgin female. the pain in my pelvic area/lower abdomin started a couple of weeks ago at first it was a sharp shooting pain in urethra which lasted 4 to 5 seconds during the first week it felt ocasionally but during the second week I noticed it frequently and often associated with movements. some days were perfectly fine and some days i noticed this pain. It constantly changes its location at first it was in urethra then on the lower left abdomen then in the lower center where pubic hair grows then on the right side and now in groin (where legs meet the upper body and pubic area) now it is persistent menstrual cramps like pain as well as that shooting pain. My lower abdomin feels very heavy. Certain things worth mentioning here are:

1)No painful urination or burning

2)Didn't noticed any blood in urine or any colour changes

3)Vaginal discharge is there which I think is normal because it is white in    colour

4) No vaginal bleeding

5) I am also noticing excessive gas these days

My advice to you Anna is to go and see your GP who will give you a pelvic examination. I would not sit on this but get it seen by a professsional, who can analyze the problem and give you the correct advice. Free professional advice is all you need, if it is nothing urgent. But it needs to be checked out by a doctor.

Thanks yes I should go to the GP but due to certain reason I can't get myself checked out by the doctor which is why I posted my problem here so that someone could help me diagnosing it

I don't think this is a good idea Anna. Nobody can diagnose your problem over the internet. You need to be seen by a professsional doctor who can assess your medical problems and do blood tests to see what it wrong. Pelvic pain can mean a lot of different problems. Go to a walk-ing clinic if you can, which is not your GP and just get checked out. There has to be a reason for your symptoms.
