Please help me; eye pain can't sleep!

Age/Gender: 21 F; problem has been going for many months over a year now. Can't seem to find any answers.

I've come to hate sleep . Fear it as well. No matter how tired I am my right eyeball will start to hurt and it prevents me from sleeping. Sometimes this will occur during the day as well. More often at night. Often accompanied by sinus pain? Under the inferior margin of the orbit.

I feel the pain/pressure in my eyeball. Can the ocular muscles cramp up? Is that what it is? Is it a migraine IN my eye? Is that even possible?! Is this glaucoma?! I don't have any vision changes! I'm 21! Is my eye going to detach or what. This is big fear for me, my job is in computer graphics. Please help, I'm at my wits end and can't visit eye doctor right now.

    hey Aimee im sorry you are going through this, but pleaseeee visit your eye doc/specialist especially if normal pain killers arent working . Sounds like eye pressure fluctuating or eye strain. if it was a detachment and happening months ago youd have other symptoms like blind spots/flashing/floaters. Regardless, please visit the doctor to avoid any further pains or issues
