Please help me figure out what these welt like blisters are?

My brother has had these welt like blisters appear on his skin. A few nights ago, 3 appeared and over night during the past few days he has developed more of these things on his chest. He does have psoriasis, a heart condition (ASD) and he is not taking any medication. Please help me in figuring out what this could be? they appear to break open and have pus/blood when irritated. image image image

    Would it be possible to make a video call with a dermatologist? Dermatologists are not busy at the moment because of the lock down and those blisters sound nasty so your brother should probably speak to a specialist about this.

    Do they itch?Are you in an area where there are insects that bite? I am wondering if this is a reaction to an insect bite.

    However, given your brothers health ...that looks like a heart procedure scar on his chest?... and also psoriasis, I agree with Moon. He needs to see a doctor or dermatologist.

    Dont know where you are in the world but if its UK then do phone or email your GP. If you can email a photo as you have done here,that would be useful to them.

    Emailing your health provider is probably an option in most parts of the world
