please help me figure out what this is.

so i cut myself while shaving pretty bad because i used a gas station razor, i have bv so it got really infected since its right next to my vag hole and another one above my butthole, it rlly hurt to pee if it touched it, i didnt take care of it for abt 5 days because i was not home, so it got rlly bad, i went to planned parent hood and he said it looked like herpes i only have a picture of what happened next to the cut on my butt not my vagina, i also had sex durring this (dumb ik) but used a condom, can someone tell me if this looks like herpes im waiting on results but i cant stop thinking abt it.image
