Please help me, I am very distressed.

My girlfriend and I had sexual contacts (last such contact was on Jan 2020). Prior to our relation, she had sexual relations with another man in Nov 2018.

She underwent tests for the following STDs (tests taken on Feb 2020) and results are as follows:

HIV 1&2 P24 index value - 0.08;

HSV 1&2 IgM, serum - <0.500;

HSV 1&2 IgG, serum - <0.500;

Chlamydia IgG - 0.13;

VDRL RPR, serum - non reactive;

Now in July 2020, I had redness just beneath glans penis on the inner side of foreskin, some removable white discharge on the red area and it pained. Sometimes a white film like substance is there on glans penis.

I have started applying coconut oil on the area and the redness is gone, no discharge is seen now and white films are not formed, although the area is slightly puffed. Also, I have some groin area dull ache which sometimes radiates down the right leg. I check myself daily for any swollen nodes in groin and none is visible.

Please guide me in this case, what should I do? Do I have any type of STDs? I have had no sex contact with anyone other than with my girlfriend and since Jan 2020, I haven't had sexual contact of any kind with her/anyone else.

(Forgive me for my bad English, as it isn't my native language)

Regards,

James.
