please help me, i dont know what happen in my private part, i search but i dont see like mine

before, i notice this, a day ago while i washing my private part, i put my finger inside also to clean and i touch something and when i pull i saw a condom, i think the condom is inside my vagina 2 or 3 days when my husband last sex.. and i really don't notice that his condom left inside me, and he also don't know cause his very drank, i really don't know how the condom left in days inside my vagina, and a day after my vagina itchy and when i saw my vagina looks like swelling..

please help me what is this... so i have idea 😭😭
