Hey, please help me identifying this..

Top image from one month ago, bottom image I took yesterday morning. What is it? I have not had sex for one year and even then it was with my partner who does not see someone else.

When it happened a month ago and yesterday morning, I woke up with lower left back pain and thigh pain, plus fatigue and a bit runny nose. Though I have been feeling tired (ill?) in the past two days. Last time I though it was an injury because I remember it was itchy, so I thought I scratched it too harshly and that was it. It is hurting (feels hot down there) and also painful to urinate. These are the first time ever I experience something like that. I do remember that i had two blisters in my lips some weeks ago, can it be related, and is it something concerning?

Thanks for your reply. You mean last month was the first outbreak? But how can I have genital HSV if i have never had unprotected sex, taking into account that my gf does not have it.

I do have HSV type 1, is it possible to get it in the genitals without sexual contact?

p.s. the blood just appeared immediately, not like when hsv1 appears in the lips.

    This looks like herpes.

Few things, herpes can be passed even when using condoms as condoms don't cover the entire genitals.

It can lie dormant in your body for years before becoming active. Or your girlfriend has it but doesn't show any symptoms and is just a carrier.

The pain you describe in you back and thighs are all typical with a Herpes outbreak. Blood tests are not always deemed accurate so if you want to know for sure you may want to book and app at sexual health clinic next time it appears and have the sores swabbed.

    Hope this helps.
