Please help me identify what this is?

I've had these bumps on my vagina labia now for quite a few months, i was told it was thrush by a doctor due to itching and burning when peeing symptoms. I took canesteen which cleared the symptoms but the bumps never disapeared!

Anyways fast forward to about 5 months later and the symptoms are back, my below is itchy again and very irritated when peeing. An extra bump has now appeared on the left hand side too.

Please help me figure out what this is as its driving me crazy. :<
